dc.description.abstractThe swift use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the financial services industry is transforming conventional job functions and task performance. This study examines the effects of RPA adoption on employees' views of their job responsibilities and task involvement. Although RPA provides considerable efficiency and cost savings advantages, its impact on employee morale, job satisfaction, and perceived job security is minimally comprehended (Deloitte, 2023). This study seeks to address this gap by examining the impact of RPA on employees' perceptions of their work, emphasising job satisfaction, task complexity, and overall engagement. The research used a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to collect extensive data from financial service industry personnel. Initial data indicate that although RPA may enhance efficiency, it also generates apprehensions about job displacement and alterations in task characteristics (World Economic Forum, 2022). Comprehending these attitudes is essential for organisations to navigate the shift effectively and guarantee that the advantages of RPA are attained without jeopardising employee welfare. The report elucidates the problems and possibilities linked to RPA deployment, including advice for cultivating a favourable work environment in the context of technology breakthroughs (Total, 2023; Forbes, 2024).
