These types of system upgrades are notoriously difficult and have a low success rate. The exercise can, however, increase organisational efficiency and have a positive impact on automating business processes. The primary objective of this research aims to complete a readiness assessment towards the Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) implementation at the ABC Corporation.
