dc.description.abstractThis qualitative study explores the impact of executive coaching interventions. The study focuses on aspirant South African business leaders attending executive coaching programs and the perceived benefits that they have experienced. The research methodology used to gather the data is one of qualitative semistructured interviews. The key findings were that the benefits of executive clustered around improvements in the emotional and social competencies of leaders, such as improved interpersonal skills, improved self awareness and improved relationsen_US
