Abstract

This study recommends enhancing training programmes with experiential learning methods, aligning educational curricula with modern technologies, and increasing collaboration between mining companies and government to promote STEM education in schools. These strategies aim to build a future-ready workforce, ensuring the sector’s sustainability and competitiveness in an increasingly technology-driven environment.
