Developing an artificial intellingence-supported instructional design system for trainers in a South African bank

Abstract

This study represented a preliminary attemp to develop and evaluate an artificial intelligence-supported instructional design system. The system was intended to guide novice instructional designers employed by a maJor South AfriCan banKing group, through the instructional design process.
