The TileCal is a sampling calorimeter that resides in the inner part of the ATLAS detector and it is used to measure energies carried by charged and neutral particles. The LHC plans to increase the current luminosity to High Luminosity LHC, which will create more opportunities in the search for physics beyond the Standard Model. This increase in luminosity, with almost an order of magnitude above the original design, will result in an increase in the corresponding particle fluxes in the detector, and this will require a major upgrade of all the ATLAS detector systems. The increase in the number of collisions per bunch crossing will cause deterioration in the performance of the ATLAS detector. However, an upgrade in the readout electronics of the calorimeter, together with other upgrades in the inner tracker, trigger system and muon spectrometer will improve performance. The Test-Beam (TB) aims to test the performance of the proposed new electronics for the forthcoming TileCal upgrades. The results obtained from TB are compared with the results of the cur-rent electronics, and conclusions on new electronics are drawn on the basis of correspondence between the new and old electronics. The results of the analysis carried out in this thesis show that the TB data corresponds to the simulated data and that of the old electronicsen_ZA
