Electrochemical measurements have been performed on naturally occurring base metal sulfides. The emphasis has been on members of the copper™iron-sulfur system. The purpose was to determine whether or not there is an observable phenomenological difference between the electrochemical responses of certain economic and non-economic sulfides.en_ZA
