Abstract

Tottenham (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) were found to co-occur throughout a large expanse of Africa, apparently coexisting in the same habitat. The biology of the three species was investigated to establish the extent of this co-occurrence, and to explore the mechanisms, if any, by which these three species coexist. [Abbreviated Abstract.
