| dc.description.abstract | Corruption is an important subject and trust is an important quality in a society. Although there are studies on the relationship between corruption and trust, the study recognised that there is still room for philosophical contribution drawing on South African examples to examine the close connections between corruption and trust. The report sought to identify a suitable normative ethics approach to conceptualise the relationship between corruption and public trust in government.
