dc.description.abstractThe DMFT index, degree of fluorosis (DEGF), fluoride concentration in enamel (F), and depth of etch (D) were determined in participants living in an area with a high fluoride level. A statistically significant difference was found between men and women for F and D. A significant correlation was established between F and DEGF and between F and age for men, but not for women.en_ZA
