Abstract

This issue of AJIC contains articles on: African national identity systems as elements of digital public infrastructure (DPI); technology adoption under conditions of fragility in Liberian higher education; perspectives on colourism in the work of Cuban poet Nicolás Guillén and in content posted by Ghanaian social media actors; bridging of global and local influences in Kenya’s approach to AI governance; and AI use by humanitarian projects in North-West Nigeria.
