Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study is to identify the facilities management strategies employed in shopping centres in Johannesburg South Africa. Furthermore it allows owners, shareholders, facilities manager and property manager etc. of shopping centres to know the facilities management strategy that bring tenants satisfaction and encourage them to renew their lease. To conclude the research seeks to find out the underlying factors that determine the choice of facilities management strategy to be employed.
