Abstract
The research report represents a study to determine the prevalence of antibiotic-resistance of pneumococcal and their scrotypes in Maputo, Mozambique in children under 5 years of age, who were admitted with pneumonia in the Paediatric Unit at the Hospital Central de Maputo.
