Abstract
The closing plenary session was facilitated by Felix Ubogu and Abraham Azubuike. The plenary commenced with the presentation of suggestions and nominations for the ICADLA Conveners, the ICADLA Standing Committee Members, the International Advisory Committee and the Supporting Partners.
