In December 2004, the Google print library project announced the creation of an online digital library of 15 million books stemming from collections of five American libraries. Faced with this gigantic project, the European countries, fearing American cultural imperialism, set up the Digital European library. How does the situation of digital libraries and archives seem in Senegal?
