There are uncertainties for Cameroonian consumers in the legal provisions at both regional level – via the Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA, the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa) – and at Cameroonian national level.
